Field AI is seeking a proactive Field Application Engineer to support deployment, testing, and client-facing operations of cutting-edge robotic systems including drones, quadrupeds, and humanoid robots. Based in San Pedro Garza García, Nuevo León, México, you will work onsite and travel as needed to support field tests and client engagements.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Robotics, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related technical field.
• Strong communication skills—able to translate complex technical topics for various audiences.
• Willingness to travel frequently.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work well in team-based environments.

Responsabilidades

• Deploy and operate robotic systems in the field and support testing and data collection.
• Supervise remote operations and assist during client presentations and demos.
• Facilitate clear communication between engineers and non-technical stakeholders.
• Document technical issues, test results and client feedback in detail.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues and contribute to workflow improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to iterate on system performance and usability.
