Amazon is seeking an Area Manager to lead and develop a team of Amazon Associates in a Leon fulfillment center. You will mentor, coach, and manage daily operations to ensure safety, quality, attendance and engagement while applying policies and driving performance.

The role requires a high school diploma, 1+ year of team leadership, and strong English communication. A Bachelor's degree or related field is preferred. Expect rotating shifts, including nights and weekends, with growth opportunities.

Formación

• High school diploma is required.
• 1+ years of team leadership experience.
• Experience with English-language communication (written and verbal) is required.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or related field experience, preferred.
• Experience in distribution, logistics, or manufacturing environments.
• Experience leading a team of 6-10 employees.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, manage, and develop a team of 20 to 50 Amazon Associates.
• Communicate policies to Associates and act as primary information source, ensuring compliance and corrective action when needed.
• Create, manage, and support recognition and communication programs.
• Support safety programs and OSHA compliance to ensure a safe work environment.
• Ensure procedures for building security and product loss prevention.
• Partner with management to establish and maintain quality standards.
• Develop performance goals to meet customer demand and ensure accuracy and quality.
