Formación

• Approx 1-2 years of experience in Rights Management / Business Affairs / Project Administration, ideally in advertising or marketing.
• Knowledge of IP rights administration including tracking and management procedures.
• High attention to detail with audit-friendly, well-documented work.
• Experience coordinating across multiple time zones and markets, building effective remote relationships.
• Excellent communication skills to convey complex information clearly to stakeholders.
• Team player eager to contribute across expanding organization and departments.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate submission and delivery of advertising campaigns to multiple third parties including clearance bodies and delivery partners
• Serve as SME across client workflows and complex models
• Ensure accurate data entry into portals, systems, and tracking mechanisms
• Advise on production timelines, processes, and costs
• Support teams to ensure timely, compliant delivery of assets across media channels
• Review and submit scripts and storyboards for regulatory approval
• Collaborate with in-market partners to manage local censorship processes
• Provide cost estimates to Production and Account teams for budgeting
• Track approval status and communicate updates to stakeholders
• Maintain records of talent, music, and third-party usage rights
• Track usage periods and flag expiries or risks
• Support negotiations on extensions with production companies and rights holders
• Ensure documentation complies with contractual terms
• Explore AI tools to enhance workflows and stay ahead of tech trends
