Formación

• 5+ years of experience as Account Manager or related roles in creative/digital agencies.
• Strong client relationship management across multidisciplinary teams.
• Understanding of production processes, content development, and adaptation workflows.
• Experience working in fast-paced, high-volume agency environments.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for assigned clients and internal agency stakeholders.
• Lead status meetings, production reviews and project updates.
• Translate client objectives into actionable production plans.
• Coordinate end-to-end production processes from briefing to delivery.
• Monitor timelines, milestones, dependencies, and calendars.
• Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines.
• Drive adherence to production workflows and governance.
• Identify operational risks and implement corrective actions.
• Support budgeting, scope management and reporting.
• Monitor project profitability and scope control.
• Identify opportunities to maximize efficiency and operational value for clients.
