Leggett Dynamics in Mexico is seeking an experienced RF Engineer to develop, implement and optimize manufacturing processes using RF welding technologies and automation systems. You will lead standardization and training to enable automation and efficient production.

Formación
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electronic, or Industrial Engineering.
- Master’s in Manufacturing, Automation or Industrial Engineering desirable.
- Minimum 8 years in Manufacturing Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years with RF Welder equipment.
- Experience leading capital and automation projects.
Responsabilidades
- Lead RF Welder technology specialization across the organization.
- Identify automation opportunities and lead integration projects.
- Develop training programs for RF Welder equipment.
- Create technical documentation and standards.
- Drive Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma initiatives.
