Cotiviti is seeking a Team Lead responsible for managing an audit team, ensuring quality control and optimal operations to support company growth. The ideal candidate should possess strong organizational skills, a college degree in a relevant field, and at least 4 years of experience in the retail audit industry.

This role requires full bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish and entails no travel. Competitive monthly compensation ranges from $32,000 to $40,000 pesos, with eligibility for discretionary bonuses.

Formación

• 4 years minimum of experience in the retail audit industry or similar positions.
• Prior experience leading a team and/or projects preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the audit team and evaluate their performance.
• Ensure adequate training for team members.
• Optimize the operation based on performance metrics.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly productivity reports.
• Supervise day-to-day team performance and work assignments.
• Hire and retain top-tier talent.
