Cotiviti in Mexico City is seeking an experienced Team Lead to supervise a high-performance audit team and drive processes, quality control, and productivity metrics to support growth. You will manage the audit team's daily operations, provide training, develop workflows, monitor KPIs and budgets, and prepare regular productivity reports while maintaining strong customer relationships.

Formación

• 4+ years of experience in audit or similar roles.
• Fully bi-lingual in English and Spanish; interviews in English.
• College degree in Finance, Accounting, Management, or business field.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and supervise the audit team to meet objectives.
• Develop processes, workflows and quality controls.
• Provide training and guidance to team members.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly productivity reports.
• Manage KPIs and budget-related activities.
• Coordinate hiring and performance reviews as needed.
