Cotiviti México City is seeking a Team Lead to supervise the audit team and optimize operations through best practices and clear workflows. You will train staff, develop processes, and manage client-facing service levels to sustain growth and customer satisfaction.

The role emphasizes bilingual communication, English fluency, and strong organizational skills, with a base monthly compensation of 32,000–40,000 pesos and discretionary bonus potential.

Formación

• Fully bilingual (written and verbal)
• Advanced English speaking/writing required
• Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
• 2 years minimum working experience with Excel, Word, PowerPoint
• No travel required

Responsabilidades

• Manage the audit team, evaluating performance to ensure objectives are met.
• Provide training to ensure team has tools and knowledge for quality work.
• Develop the team to deliver a first-class customer experience and productivity metrics.
• Optimize operations using performance metrics to avoid bottlenecks and losses.
• Manage projects with effective methodologies to meet company goals; coordinate stakeholders.
• Ensure workflow quality by developing best practices across audit processes and controls.
