Cotiviti is seeking a Team Lead to supervise and grow a high‑performing audit team in Mexico City. You will drive best practices, structure workflows, and deliver quality service to customers. The role emphasizes leadership, coaching and managing critical metrics.

You will partner with stakeholders, report on productivity, and manage day‑to‑day operations while coordinating hiring and performance reviews to sustain growth and customer satisfaction.

Formación

• Fully bilingual, both written and verbal.
• Prior experience in retail audit preferred.
• Experience leading teams or projects preferred.
• College degree required; finance, accounting, management, or other business degree preferred.
• 4 years minimum experience in industry or similar positions.
• Advanced English speaking and writing.
• 2 years minimum using Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise the audit team to meet objectives and maintain performance.
• Provide training to ensure quality and tool readiness.
• Develop the team to deliver excellent customer service and productive metrics.
• Optimize operations using performance data to prevent losses.
• Manage projects with effective methodologies to reach company goals.
• Ensure workflows and best practices across audit processes to reduce risk.
• Address inquiries and feedback from stakeholders and customers.
• Produce daily, weekly and monthly productivity reports.
• Organize audit processes according to the annual plan with management tools.
• Monitor KPIs and budgeting for audit processes.
• Oversee day-to-day performance, hiring and discipline discussions.
• Generate improvement proposals for policies and controls.
• Participate in internal tasks supporting operations and onboarding.
• Hire, coach, and retain top talent for a strong team culture.
• Complete annual performance goals and special projects.
