Cotiviti is seeking a Team Lead to supervise an audit team in a fast-paced environment in Mexico City. The role focuses on performance management, training, process optimization, and delivering high-quality audit results.

The candidate will develop the team, implement service guidelines, and monitor productivity through KPIs and reports, ensuring alignment with annual goals and customer satisfaction.

Formación

• Fully Bi-Lingual (both written and verbal).
• Prior experience in retail audit industry preferred.
• Prior experience leading team and/or projects preferred.
• Education: College degree required, Finance, Accounting, Management, or other Business degree preferred.
• 4 years minimum of experience in industry and/or similar positions.
• Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
• Advanced English Speaking/Writing.
• 2 years minimum working experience with Excel, Word, PowerPoint required.
• No Travel Required.

Responsabilidades

• Management of the audit team, constantly evaluating performance to guarantee objectives.
• Provide and ensure adequate training so the team has tools and knowledge for quality results.
• Develop the team to deliver a first-class customer experience with guidelines and metrics.
• Optimize the operation based on performance metrics to avoid bottlenecks and losses.
• Project management to meet company goals and stakeholders.
• Ensure workflow by developing best practices to minimize risks and maximize productivity.
• Respond to inquiries and manage complaints, feeding back to internal teams.
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly productivity reports for decision making.
• Organize audit processes according to the annual audit plan using management tools.
• Supervise KPIs, processes, and best practices within budget constraints.
• Oversee day-to-day performance, planning, directing, evaluating hiring and terminations.
• Propose improvements to policies and controls per company standards.
• Contribute to internal tasks for operation functionality (interviews, inductions, vacations, incidents, etc.).
• Hire, develop, coach, lead and retain top-tier talent to support customer satisfaction.
• Complete responsibilities from annual reviews and special projects as assigned.
