Association of Charter School Education Services seeks a Restorative Practices Specialist to lead school-wide implementation of restorative strategies, build healthy relationships, reduce harm, and repair relationships across campuses.

You will coach staff, coordinate with district supports, facilitate mediations, monitor behavior, and provide professional development while advancing equity and community trust.

Formación

• Formal Restorative Practices training required.
• Social Work, Counseling or Behavioral Health degree preferred.
• Strong foundation in racial justice and equity framework for restorative practices.
• Spanish language ability is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Provide ongoing technical support and consultation for staff on Restorative Practices.
• Integrate Restorative Practices into school culture and climate, including alignment with other school initiatives.
• Facilitate mediations in response to conflict and restorative conferences in educational settings.
• Organize data to inform Behavior Team of negative trends in school climate.
• Provide ongoing Restorative Practices professional development to staff.
