International Schools Partnership Limited is seeking a Training & Safeguarding Training Specialist to design and update learning experiences for ISP staff across the group. You will collaborate with Group Safeguarding Managers, Safety Managers and the learning team to deliver engaging materials that support early intervention and safe school cultures.

The role requires strong communication, cross-cultural adaptability, and the ability to work independently while meeting deadlines.

Formación

• Proven skills in producing in-house training materials and learning experiences.
• Demonstrable working knowledge of safeguarding and safety.
• International education experience is desirable.
• Bi- or multilingual with Spanish as a preference.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Disciplined, self-motivated and able to work in isolation.

Responsabilidades

• Produce training materials and learning experiences with Group Safeguarding Managers.
• Review and update in-house training to be user-friendly and engaging.
• Collaborate with schools and the learning team to support Skills for Life and safeguarding philosophy.
• Develop training materials to support Health and Safety Coordinators and school leadership.
• Ensure engaging training related to Educational visits and Boarding with the Risk Team.
• Perform other reasonable tasks as assigned.
• Collaborate with colleagues and partners at various levels, including SLT and contractors.
• Adhere to ISP policies and procedures including Code of Conduct and Health and Safety.
