This role is an Expert staff-level position within HP's Global Responsible Sourcing Team. The individual serves as a senior leader responsible for driving strategic responsible sourcing and human rights initiatives through cross-functional influence, program leadership, stakeholder engagement, and operational execution. The role requires a highly effective collaborator who can navigate complex organizational environments, align diverse stakeholders, build scalable processes, and translate technical responsible sourcing, regulatory, and human rights requirements into practical business solutions. Working across procurement, supply chain, legal, sustainability, and customer-facing teams, this individual will lead high-impact programs, drive governance and execution, and represent HP with customers and external stakeholders. The successful candidate will help ensure HP effectively manages risk, meets evolving stakeholder expectations, and advances its responsible sourcing strategy through strong program management, customer engagement, and enterprise-wide collaboration.

The pay range for this role is $105,050 to $161,800 USD annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to United States of America candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
