Job summary

Qualifications

• Two years of experience as Resource Manager or equivalent.
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Experience implementing change in a cross-matrix environment.

Responsibilities

• Select the right resource for the right place at the right time.
• Proactively assist RMO team members.
• Review resource data and identify issues.
• Contribute to continuous improvement meetings with stakeholders.
• Handle objections and resolve issues without escalation.
• Escalate to RMO Global Lead when needed.
• Provide input during regional meetings with confidence.
• Balance workload and integrate resources across projects.
