Qualifications

• 2–4 years of resource management, project coordination, or project management experience.
• Experience using PSA/resource management platforms for project setup, staffing, and assignments.
• Hands-on experience with generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Codex, Gemini).
• Experience creating/using ChatGPT skills, projects or reusable AI workflows.
• Track record of simplifying processes and driving automation.
• Clear, concise communication across teams.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to negotiate priorities.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a changing environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage project demand by monitoring pipelines and upcoming work.
• Validate requirements with sales, delivery leaders, and project managers.
• Create and maintain projects in the PSA platform with accurate forecasts.
• Coordinate resource assignments balancing customer needs and availability.
• Improve assignment decisions using capacity and demand data.
• Support capacity planning and visibility into utilization and risks.
