The ideal candidate holds a civil engineering or related degree, with 7+ years in construction management and strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of proven experience in construction management on residential and commercial projects.
• Strong understanding of building codes, construction methods, and materials.
• Excellent leadership, team management, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and standard office applications.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Experience working in Mexicali or Baja California region is a plus.
• Commitment to safety and quality excellence.

Aufgaben

• Oversee all construction activities on site, ensuring compliance with project plans, specifications, and safety regulations in Mexicali.
