Our client, a reputable real estate developer, is seeking an experienced Construction Site Resident (Residente de Obra) to oversee residential housing and urban development projects in Torreón, Coahuila . This role is fundamental to ensuring that construction activities are carried out efficiently, safely, and in accordance with project specifications and quality standards. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background in civil engineering or a related field, coupled with excellent on-site management skills.
