Placements24 is seeking a seasoned Construction Project Manager for Toluca, MX. Lead end-to-end residential construction from conception through completion, ensuring safety, on-time delivery, and quality standards.

Strong leadership and coordination with architects, engineers, contractors, and internal teams are essential. You will manage budgets, schedules, and reports, oversee site inspections, and ensure permits are obtained.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in construction project management, focusing on residential buildings.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field.
• Experience with construction management software such as Procore and MS Project.

About the Role

Our client, a reputable real estate developer renowned for its high-quality residential projects, is seeking a seasoned Construction Project Manager. This pivotal role involves overseeing the end-to-end management of residential construction projects from conception to completion. You will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The successful candidate will possess a strong background in construction management, excellent leadership abilities, and a keen eye for detail. We are looking for an individual who can effectively coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and internal teams to achieve project goals. Key Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of construction projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
• Oversee site operations, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project milestones are met.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, tracking progress and identifying potential delays.
• Manage project budgets, monitor costs, and approve invoices.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality of work and adherence to design specifications.
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process.
• Prepare and present regular progress reports to senior management and stakeholders.
• Ensure all necessary permits and licenses are obtained.
• Oversee the handover of completed projects to clients or management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in construction project management, with a strong focus on residential buildings.
• Proven track record of successfully managing multiple construction projects simultaneously.
• In-depth knowledge of construction processes, building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Experience with construction management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project).
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents.
• Strong financial acumen and budget management skills.
• Must be able to work on-site in Toluca, State of Mexico, MX and potentially travel to project sites.
• Valid driver's license.
