Qualifications

• Título en Arquitectura (licenciatura o maestría).

• Dominio de AutoCAD, Revit y MS Project.
• Conocimiento de códigos de edificación en Coahuila.

About the Role

Our client is looking for a dedicated and experienced Arquitecto de Proyectos de Edificación to manage and oversee the design and construction of various building projects in Torreón, Coahuila . This role requires a professional with a solid understanding of building codes, construction methodologies, and project management principles. You will be responsible for ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate possesses strong leadership skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a meticulous approach to detail. You will collaborate closely with clients, contractors, engineers, and regulatory bodies to guarantee the successful execution of building projects, ranging from commercial complexes to residential developments. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire lifecycle of building projects, from concept design to final handover.
