Hilton in Mexico, Quintana Roo, is seeking an Assistant Director of Sales Leisure to lead strategic leisure sales initiatives and grow demand for our properties.

You will build a robust pipeline, represent the hotel at events, collaborate with Hilton Worldwide Sales and CVBs, and coach a high-performing team to deliver memorable guest experiences and drive revenue.

The role involves aligning with Rooms, Catering and Events, developing annual plans, and ensuring excellence across service levels.

Responsabilidades

• Drive sales in a designated vertical market; qualify leads, outreach, proposals, and close to hit revenue goals
• Support strategic sales planning; align activities with the hotel’s commercial strategy and team
• Execute targeted sales initiatives; attend tradeshows and client events to build pipeline
• Foster stakeholder relationships with Hilton Worldwide Sales, CVBs, partners, and key clients
• Support sales processes across Rooms, Catering, and Events; reinforce revenue-driving practices
• Track performance and market trends; analyze competition and adapt tactics
• Inspire and develop the team; recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate performance
