You will coordinate business and technology teams and a strategic partner, ensuring that scope, milestones, dependencies, risks and decisions are actively managed through implementation and Day One readiness.The project brings together four interconnected technology workstreams: Infrastructure, Systems & Applications, Data Migration and Data Exchange. Its objective is to enable the transition of the CorSo Mexico portfolio to a partner while maintaining Swiss Re underwriting standards and meeting the required security, regulatory and governance expectations.YOUR ROLELead integrated project delivery: Develop and maintain the overall project plan, milestones, critical path and delivery roadmap, coordinating the activities and dependencies across business, technology and operational workstreams.Establish effective governance: Organize the project governance structure, decision-making forums and reporting cadence, preparing clear and decision-oriented materials for the Project Sponsor, Steering Committee and senior stakeholders.Manage risks and delivery controls: Maintain the RAIDD log, proactively manage risks, assumptions, issues, decisions and dependencies, and ensure that critical matters are escalated with clear mitigation or recovery actions.Ensure delivery readiness and compliance: Coordinate project stage gates, change control and Business and IT readiness activities, ensuring that required approvals, testing, operational readiness and handover criteria are met before implementation.Drive collaboration and accountability: Work closely with Swiss Re and the partner stakeholders, workstream owners and subject-matter experts to clarify responsibilities, secure decisions, remove blockers and maintain accountability for deliverables and outcomes.YOUT PROFILERelevant professional experience managing complex business and technology projects involving multiple teams, workstreams and organizational stakeholders.Demonstrated experience with project planning, governance, executive reporting, risk and dependency management, change control and delivery readiness.Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, including experience working with senior leadership, project sponsors, steering committees and external partners.Working knowledge of different delivery methodologies, including Agile, Waterfall or hybrid approaches, and proficiency with relevant project management and collaboration tools.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to synthesize complex information into clear decisions, actions and executive updates.Availability to work in a hybrid setup in Mexico City and collaborate with geographically distributed teams.WHAT YOU’LL LOVE ABOUT WORKING HERE?At Capgemini Engineering, we encourage flexibility in how, when, and where people get their work done, allowing a better work-life balance, and greater empowerment.
