Hire Overseas is seeking a senior TikTok Shop and E-Commerce Manager to own and scale the TikTok Shop and broader e-commerce ecosystem for a fast-growing snack brand. You will manage listings, pricing, and creator programs, drive revenue through organic and paid content, and expand strategies to Shopify, Amazon, Walmart, and Faire.

You will lead paid ads across platforms, monitor ROAS and CAC, and own inventory flow and channel performance with a strong ownership mentality.

Formación

• Proven track record managing TikTok Shop with measurable revenue.
• Deep expertise in TikTok content strategy, creators, and paid ads.
• Experience scaling TikTok Shop to meaningful revenue and overseeing multiple channels.

Responsabilidades

• Own TikTok Shop end to end, including listings, pricing, promotions, storefronts, and creator strategy.
• Launch and optimize paid advertising across TikTok, Amazon, Walmart, Google Ads, and others.
• Expand successful TikTok strategies to Shopify, Amazon, Walmart, Faire, and wholesale channels.
• Analyze performance data and provide actionable recommendations to improve ROAS and revenue.
