Wilsonhr is seeking a Technical Recruitment Consultant for Mexico, remotely, to lead end-to-end recruitment efforts across our client base. You will source, screen, interview and recommend candidates, while building strong relationships with clients and candidates.

You will collaborate with hiring managers, develop proactive recruiting strategies, and manage the pipeline to achieve submit-to-interview and interview-to-offer ratios. A proactive, metrics-driven mindset is essential.

Formación

• Proven ability to recruit end-to-end in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience performing market research and passive sourcing.
• Ability to manage client expectations and close candidates.
• Experience with ATS and recruitment metrics reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee the selection process from candidate screening to interview coordination.
• Build and maintain a strong network of candidates through market research.
• Develop creative recruitment strategies to identify passive and active candidates.
• Present top talent for open positions and address client objections.
• Consult with hiring managers on selections, compensation and process.
• Maintain client and candidate relationships and ensure satisfaction.
• Meet weekly/monthly submit and hire goals and maintain reports in ATS.
• Collaborate with the recruitment team to add value and drive results.
