Mercor is hiring for a remote Talent Success role within Latin America. You will triage and investigate bug reports for our AI-led platform, work with engineering, and ensure a fast, delightful user experience for applicants. Strong web app expertise and comfort with AI tools are essential.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field from a top-tier institution or equivalent startup experience.
• Experience building modern web applications (React, Node, Flask, Next.js).
• 2–5 years supporting customers on web applications.
• Comfortable with AI systems and tooling including LLMs and agents.
• Understanding model outputs, failure modes, and feedback loops.
• Familiarity with major AI APIs and agent frameworks is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Investigate talent-reported issues end-to-end, reproduce bugs, identify root causes.
• Debug across AI + SaaS stack using telemetry, logs, and DB queries.
• Triaging with sound judgement, escalate or resolve issues with guidance.
• Surface product risks and patterns to leadership.
• Create clear docs and runbooks to reduce repeat issues.
• Communicate with precision, professionalism, and empathy.
