Remote Talent LATAM is seeking an Operations & Client Success Project Manager to oversee client delivery operations for US-based agencies. You will optimize workflows, track deliverables, and leverage AI tools to improve efficiency and client satisfaction.

The role is 100% remote for LATAM candidates, with a workday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EDT, offering 10 days of PTO and holidays observed in the US.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in project coordination, account management, or operations within marketing/creative agencies.
• Experience working with US-based agencies and teams.
• Strong client-focused attitude with proactive problem-solving.
• Passion for AI tools and no-code automation to optimize operations.
• Hands-on with Notion, Asana, Airtable or similar platforms.
• Fluent, professional English for daily collaboration.
• Active Reddit user with understanding of Reddit dynamics.
