BairesDev, a global remote-first tech company, is seeking a Talent Analytics Analyst to design dashboards that monitor recruitment health and workforce performance. You will analyze KPIs, identify bottlenecks, and present data-driven insights to leadership to guide talent planning and strategy.
The role emphasizes improving talent acquisition workflows, sourcing pipelines, and overall operational efficiency while supporting a scalable, remote workforce.
Formación
- 4+ years of experience in Talent Analytics, Data Analytics, or Talent Operations.
- Proven expertise in data analytics and building dashboards using SQL and Excel or Google Sheets.
- Hands-on experience optimizing talent acquisition workflows and sourcing pipelines.
- Proficiency in reporting and analyzing talent-related KPIs to support operational decisions.
- Advanced proficiency in English.
Responsabilidades
- Design and maintain dashboards to monitor recruitment funnel health and operational efficiency.
- Analyze talent-related KPIs to identify bottlenecks and propose process improvements.
- Partner with leadership to present data-backed insights that support workforce planning.
- Leverage data to create targeted plans for identifying and attracting top-tier talent.
- Track and report on metrics such as retention and cost-per-hire to inform strategy.
