Bluescope Buildings North America, Inc. is seeking a results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join a fully remote team supporting operations in Acapulco and beyond.

You will build strong candidate pipelines, manage full-cycle recruitment, and partner with hiring managers to ensure a superb candidate experience. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in talent acquisition, proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and job boards, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
• Experience in remote or hybrid settings is preferred.
• Proven success using sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and job boards.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and maintain high productivity remotely.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and employment laws.

Responsabilités

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for diverse roles from sourcing to offer negotiation.
• Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
• Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate qualifications, skills and culture fit.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand needs and provide recruitment advice.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
• Utilize recruitment analytics to track progress and optimize efforts.
