• Minimum 8 years of experience in supplier development or procurement.
• Bachelor's degree required; master's degree preferred.
• Experience with supplier audits and risk evaluations.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee supplier readiness, engagement, and performance across quality, delivery, cost, and sustainability.
• Lead supplier audits and on-site assessments, including improvement plans.
• Prepare and present supplier performance assessments and risk evaluations to management.
• Partner with Strategic Sourcing to support supplier selection, localization, and dual-sourcing strategies.
• Drive supplier improvement initiatives with high-impact or high-risk suppliers.
• Support risk mitigation and recovery plans for ongoing programs and operational disruptions.
