Lifted (an Upwork Company) seeks experienced Structural Engineers to design AI training tasks using real-world structural concepts. You will craft problem statements, develop reference solutions, and establish scoring criteria to evaluate AI responses. This is a fully remote, project-based role with flexible scheduling.

You’ll review AI-generated designs for accuracy and code compliance under relevant standards, and provide detailed feedback to enhance AI performance in structural engineering.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or related field required.
• Hands-on experience in structural analysis and design.
• Proficient with OpenSees and structural engineering standards.

Responsibilities

• Design AI training tasks based on structural engineering concepts.
• Create problem statements covering analysis, design, and code compliance.
• Develop reference solutions and scoring criteria for AI-generated work.
• Review AI solutions for accuracy and codes compliance.
• Provide structured feedback to improve AI performance.
