Collins Aerospace in Mexicali is seeking a Procurement Professional to manage the Procure-to-Pay process for indirect materials, ensuring timely purchases that support operations and Supply Chain goals.

You will collaborate with internal stakeholders and suppliers to drive cost-effective procurement, maintain policy compliance, and contribute to process improvements across the organization. The role emphasizes RFPs, negotiations and supplier performance management to ensure uninterrupted supply.

Qualifications

• University degree in business or related field with 5+ years of experience.
• Minimum 3 years with SAP or similar ERP systems (Oracle, Epicor, PeopleSoft, APEX/PRISM).
• Experience managing end-to-end procurement, RFPs, negotiations and contract oversight.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Responsabilités

• Execute procurement processes including RFP prep, supplier negotiations, cost analysis and PO management.
• Respond to client inquiries on order status, changes or cancellations with timely communication.
• Manage sourcing to procure goods, materials, supplies and services per policy.
• Monitor supplier performance and contract compliance, resolve delays or quality issues.
• Prepare price proposals and procurement data to support cost optimization.
