Job summary

Collins Aerospace is seeking a Procurement Professional to manage the Procure-to-Pay process for indirect materials and to support supply chain objectives from our Mexico site in Mexicali. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders and suppliers to deliver cost-effective procurement solutions and ensure compliance with company policies.

The role emphasizes delivering process improvements, leading cross-functional projects, and managing supplier performance to meet delivery and quality

Qualifications

• University degree in business or related field with 5–8+ years of relevant experience.
• Minimum 5 years experience with SAP procurement or similar ERP systems.
• Minimum 5 years experience supplier management including RFQs, POs, supplier portals, and workflows.
• Advanced English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Manage procure-to-pay for indirect materials and ensure on-time delivery.
• Process RFQs, purchase orders, and supplier portal activities.
• Analyze contract performance and ensure compliance with obligations.
• Drive supplier improvement and mitigate supply risks.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve SRIs, CADs, and FAIs.
• Lead cross-functional procurement projects and manage supplier relationships.
• Use project management skills to handle suppliers and operational challenges.
