Job summary

Collins Aerospace seeks a Sr Analyst, Procurement to manage indirect materials sourcing and the procure-to-pay cycle in a remote role. The role requires collaboration with internal stakeholders and suppliers to optimize costs, ensure policy compliance, and drive process improvements across the Supply Chain.

Qualifications

• University degree in Business Administration or related field.

Responsibilities

• Identify qualified suppliers for requirements, leveraging existing agreements.
• Manage purchase order process from requisition to invoice payment for assigned commodities within the Indirect team.
• Obtain price quotations and negotiate pricing and delivery in support of commodity supplier and cost strategies.
• Analyze supplier quotes and make sourcing recommendations.
• Ensure product on-time delivery to schedule.
• Initiate supplier negotiations on price, lead time and terms & conditions.
