Tidal is seeking a Senior Demand Planner for an omnichannel consumer products business. You will own end-to-end demand planning, translating sales history, seasonality and promotions into forecasts, inventory needs, and purchasing guidance.

You will forecast at SKU/category/company levels and collaborate with Finance, Sales, Merchandising and Supply Chain to align targets and capacity. This is a full-time remote role with a US Pacific Time alignment.

Formación

• 4+ years in demand planning, forecasting, or analytics.
• Experience in omnichannel product business across ecommerce, retail or wholesale.
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills with large datasets and forecasting models.
• Excellent cross-functional communication with Finance, Sales, Merchandising and Supply Chain.

Responsabilidades

• Own SKU-, category-, and company-level demand forecasts using historical data, seasonality and promotions.
• Reconcile top-down targets with bottom-up forecasts and monitor forecast accuracy and bias.
• Translate forecasts into inventory requirements and purchasing recommendations considering lead times and order constraints.
• Partner with Supply Chain to improve product availability and reduce stockouts and excess inventory.
• Own the demand planning component of the S&OP process with Finance, Sales, Merchandising and Supply Chain.
• Build and maintain forecasting models, dashboards and reporting; present key demand changes and risks to leadership.
• Continuously improve forecasting methodologies through data analysis and testing.
