LanceSoft, Inc. seeks a Senior Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to own and optimize cloud infra, Kubernetes environments, and deployment pipelines in a 100% remote setup.

You will automate provisioning with Terraform, manage containerized apps on EKS, and support reliable, scalable operations. The ideal candidate has deep DevOps/SRE experience, strong AWS/Kubernetes expertise, and proficiency with CI/CD tools like Harness.

Formación

• Senior-level SRE/DevOps/Cloud Infra experience in production environments.
• Hands-on AWS and Kubernetes (EKS) in production.
• Experience with Kubernetes/EKS management, troubleshooting, and support.
• Hands-on with Harness for CD pipelines.
• Datadog monitoring/logging/observability experience.
• Strong networking knowledge across AWS/Kubernetes (DNS, load balancing, SGs).
• Experience with MS SQL, S3, DynamoDB.
• Terraform or other IaC tools (CloudFormation, Pulumi).
• Relational databases (Postgres, MySQL, MS SQL).
• Strong problem solving and root-cause analysis skills.

Responsabilidades

• Participate in on-call rotation and respond to incidents.
• Maintain and evolve AWS cloud infrastructure with Terraform automation.
• Build and maintain CD pipelines using Harness and automate development workflows.
• Manage and support containerized environments on Kubernetes/EKS.
• Monitor production with Datadog and other observability tools.
• Troubleshoot complex infra, app performance, Kubernetes, and networking issues.
• Diagnose connectivity across AWS and Kubernetes environments.
• Work with MS SQL, S3, and DynamoDB-backed systems.
• Collaborate with software engineers to solve technical challenges.
• Perform root-cause analysis and implement sustainable fixes.
• Ramp up quickly by absorbing technical context; support reliability and deployment processes.
