AgileEngine, LLC. is seeking a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to ensure enterprise infrastructure health across on‑prem and SaaS environments. You will manage Kubernetes clusters, drive observability using OpenTelemetry and Snowflake, and lead incident response with RCA.

Strong Linux skills and scripting are essential. Remote work is supported with flexible hours; experience with service mesh and IaC tooling is a plus.

Formación

• 4+ years of infrastructure management experience
• Experience with Kubernetes cluster management
• Experience with monitoring and observability tasks
• Familiarity with Snowflake and OpenTelemetry ecosystems
• Strong Linux/Unix administration background
• Proficiency in scripting languages (Bash, Python, or Go)

Responsabilidades

• Provide core system administration for enterprise infrastructure.
• Maintain and scale on-premise and SaaS-hosted systems for stability.
• Manage and scale containerized environments with Kubernetes.
• Perform monitoring/observability tasks to ensure health for ECP-focused roles.
• Participate in on-call rotations, incident response, and RCA.
• Automate repetitive tasks using scripting and IaC.
