AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to maintain enterprise infrastructure, with a focus on Kubernetes, monitoring, and observability across on‑premise and SaaS environments. You will participate in on‑call rotations, incident response, and RCA, and automate tasks with Python, Bash, or Go.

Formación

• 4+ years of infrastructure management experience.
• Experience with Kubernetes cluster management.
• Experience with monitoring and observability tasks.
• Familiarity with Snowflake and OpenTelemetry ecosystems.
• Strong Linux/Unix administration background.
• Proficient in scripting languages (Bash, Python, or Go).
• Upper-intermediate English proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Provide core system administration for enterprise infrastructure.
• Maintain and scale on-premise and SaaS systems for stability.
• Manage and scale containerized environments with Kubernetes.
• Perform on-call rotations, incident response, and RCA.
