Job summary

Parexel International seeks a Senior Clinical Data Manager in Mexico or Argentina to lead Data Management for global trials. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan, execute and oversee DM activities across Phase 1–4 studies, ensuring data quality and regulatory compliance with minimal supervision.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years in pharma DM, strong project management, and experience with eCRFs, EDC systems, and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Data Management in pharma/biotech or FDA-regulated env.
• Strong project management and multitasking ability.
• Familiarity with ICH/FDA, CDISC, GCDMP, 21 CFR 11, MedDRA, and drug dictionaries.

Responsibilities

• Lead data management tasks for phase 1–4 studies with minimal guidance.
• Represent DM on CTWG and mentor staff.
• Manage vendors/CROs and monitor progress.
• Design eCRFs and annotate CRF guidelines.
• Develop data edit checks, listings, and EDC testing plans.
• Contribute to Data Management SOPs and work instructions.
• Travel to off-site meetings or training as needed.
