Job summary

Parexel is seeking a Global Trade Compliance Specialist to join the Clinical Logistics team. You will manage import/export operations across Latin American countries, ensuring compliance with customs regulations and supporting clinical research projects.

The ideal candidate has a solid knowledge of international trade in healthcare, strong communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with global virtual teams in a remote setup.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication abilities.
• Proven ability to collaborate across functional teams in matrix environments.
• Solid knowledge of international trade in Clinical Trials or healthcare industries.

Responsibilities

• Trade Compliance & Regulatory Excellence: Ensure import/export activities comply with regulations; maintain relationships with customs brokers and government agencies; document compliance; design operational procedures.
• Project Execution & Stakeholder Management: Interface with brokers and logistics providers; prepare import/export license applications; participate in project meetings; track licenses and renewals.
• What We're Looking For: Strong communication, collaboration, analytical thinking, organizational skills, and remote work capability.
• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in biology, pharmacy, health-related discipline, international trade, or logistics.
