Job summary

Precision Medicine Group is expanding across LATAM and seeking an experienced Senior/Principal Clinical Data Manager to lead data management for clinical trials. You will oversee DM activities from startup to database lock, develop CRF specifications, and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure high-quality data delivery for innovative therapies.

You will supervise data entry, QA/QC, and database build/UAT, while maintaining DM documentation and supporting cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 8+ years’ experience for a Sr. Clinical Data Manager and 10+ years for a Principal Clinical Data Manager.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
• Able to handle a variety of clinical research tasks.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Professional use of the English language; both written and oral.
• Experience in utilizing various clinical database management systems.
• Broad knowledge of drug, device and/or biologic development and effective data management practices.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to undertake occasional travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead DM on assigned projects, ensuring back-up, continuity, and timely task execution.
• Oversee data entry processes, guidelines, training, and quality.
• Develop CRF specifications from protocol and coordinate stakeholder review.
• Build and test clinical databases; oversee UAT and documentation.
• Manage edit check specifications and manual data reviews.
• Create and maintain data management documentation for the Trial Master File.
• Train study personnel on CRF/EDC and related items.
• Review data per the Data Management Plan and generate line listings.
• Coordinate SAE/AE reconciliation and vendor communications.
• Provide leadership for cross-functional initiatives and project estimations.
