JumpCloud is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to own the security program management function in a remote-first, Mexico-based role. You’ll integrate AI into day-to-day PM activities, guiding priorities and shaping how AI augments human judgment.

You will partner with security leadership, engineers, and the AI team to design, refine and operate AI-assisted program-management systems that power daily work, reports, and roadmaps.

Formación

• Six years of program or project mgmt experience, ideally in technical/engineering groups.
• Proven track record using AI to scale PM practices with measurable impact.
• Deep fluency with Jira and Confluence, incl. epics, dashboards and reporting.
• Excellent written communication for exec updates, briefs and status reports.
• Comfort making calls without complete information; strong decision-making.
• Ability to push back constructively when commitments are at risk or scope creeps.
• Experience operating in a remote-first organization.
• Bonus: prior experience in security, infrastructure or platform engineering.

Responsabilidades

• Operate a single standard across all security projects and ensure project hygiene.
• Own intake and triage for security requests, classify and route with AI feedback.
• Produce status briefs and reports; edit AI drafts for narrative and context.
• Maintain team capacity models and flag slippage early to leadership.
• Inventory interruption work and propose projects to reduce unplanned work.
• Prioritize new work using impact, urgency, dependencies and capacity.
• Partner with AI engineering; file feature requests and define success criteria.
• Evolve operating standards and roll out changes with team buy-in.
• Represent the program management practice to peers and leadership across the company.
