AlertMedia is seeking a Sr. Software Engineer to join the AI Agent and Orchestration team. You will build AI-powered features and agents using Python, Django, Next.js, React, and Node, operating on an agile team.

You will work with Claude, Codex, LangChain and other tools, while ensuring code quality and scalable design in a remote Mexico role with opportunities for collaboration at the Mexico City office.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience building scalable web applications.
• Experience shipping LLM-powered features — agents, tool calling, evaluation.
• Proficiency with cloud services (AWS).
• Strong English communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Build and ship features for AI Assistant and Orchestration products.
• Add eval cases to catch quality degradation before release.
• Learn AlertMedia platform and customer use cases.
• Work with Python, Django, Next.js, React, Node and other web tech.
• Use AI-enabled tools to support development and productivity.
• Collaborate in an Agile environment using Git, JIRA, Jenkins, Slack.
• Contribute to architectural evolution and new ideas.
