Job summary

BairesDev is seeking an Agentic AI Engineer to design and implement multi-agent orchestration frameworks, develop tool-calling, and architect complex autonomous workflows for enterprise-scale projects.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, optimize transformer-based pipelines, and ensure observability across long-running AI tasks. This 100% remote role offers competitive USD compensation and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

4+ years of experience in AI engineering or software engineering.
Expertise in building agentic systems using LangGraph, CrewAI, or AutoGen.
Strong Python skills and experience with tool-calling and multi-agent coordination.
Deep understanding of transformer architectures and observability for long-running AI workflows.
Advanced English proficiency.
