Félix is seeking a Semi-Senior Software Engineer to join our fintech engineering team. You’ll take ownership of key projects, contribute to the design and development of scalable systems, and help shape the architecture of our core financial infrastructure.

You’ll work closely with product and engineering teams to build services powering payment processing, risk controls, and transaction flows, with a focus on Python and GCP.

Formación

• 2–5 years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong proficiency in Python and backend development fundamentals.
• Experience with RESTful APIs, databases (SQL/NoSQL), and cloud platforms (GCP preferred).
• Understanding of distributed systems, scalability, and fault tolerance.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, and maintain backend services using Python.
• Contribute to architecture decisions and help scale payment and financial systems.
• Write clean, testable, and maintainable code with a focus on performance and reliability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues with a mindset for long-term improvement.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define and deliver solutions.
• Use GCP services to build cloud-native solutions (Pub/Sub, Cloud Functions, Firestore, BigQuery).
• Participate in improving CI/CD pipelines, observability, and dev tooling.
