Job summary

Hire Overseas is seeking a Sales Development Representative for a 100% remote role open to candidates in Latin America. You will drive pipeline, handle inbound leads, and book discovery calls for the sales team, communicating with women interested in health and fitness with empathy and enthusiasm.

The role requires outbound and inbound outreach, CRM discipline, and clear, metrics-driven performance. This is a full-time, remote position with US business hours and USD compensation.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales development with booking qualified appointments.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.
• Comfortable engaging a mostly female audience about health and transformation.
• Organized with CRM discipline and reliable follow-up.
• Self-directed and motivated by metrics, able to hit daily targets.
• Resilient and persistent without being aggressive.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound leads quickly via email, DM, and other channels.
• Qualify inbound prospects and move strong fits toward a discovery call.
• Conduct outbound outreach via email and social media to generate pipeline.
• Write personalized, non-spammy outreach that resonates with women interested in health and fitness.
• Follow up consistently and keep prospects engaged without being pushy.
• Book qualified discovery calls with the sales team with full context.
• Ensure clean handoffs so the sales team walks into calls prepared.
• Log outreach activity and lead status in the CRM.
• Meet daily/weekly outreach targets and monthly booking goals.
