Syntax, a leading managed cloud provider for mission critical enterprise applications, is seeking a Production Planning (PP) Solution Architect. The role requires extensive SAP PP consulting experience, leadership, and delivery of complex implementations across ERP projects.

You will lead client engagements, mentor consultants, ensure design quality, and manage client relationships while leveraging SAP S/4HANA Cloud and SAP Digital Manufacturing Cloud for Execution.

• Ten or more years of SAP PP consulting experience with business analysis experience; leadership in the module area.
• Coordinate execution of project tasks in your functional area and meet tight deadlines.
• Ability to deliver SAP training to client end-users.
• Big Four consulting experience is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree or equal combination of education and experience; SAP Certified.
• Proficiency in English is necessary for client-facing activities across regions.

• Consultant Management – guide a team of internal consultants and manage utilization balance.
• Quality Assurance – QA oversight of solutions and ensure completeness of designs at milestones.

We currently have a vacancy for a PP (Production Planning) Solution Architect:Job Description:

• Leadership role – As a platinum level consultant in your module of expertise, provide leadership to Clients and to other consultants of the same module; facilitate complex issues resolution that arise during implementations; Develop ideas for content re-usability in your area of expertise to enable implementation efforts to be reduced for new clients; help to mentor other consultants in your module area of expertise;
• Consultant Management (desired ability, but optional) - Manage a team of internal consultants in your module of expertise, helping to guide their career development as well as helping them achieve a good utilization balance;
• Quality Assurance – Provide QA oversight of solutions recommended by consultants reporting to you and helping them ensure completeness of their designs at Blueprint time and at various other key project milestones;
• Relationship Management - Help to manage client expectations and balances the needs of the company and the client to ensure satisfaction for both, and effort focused on the areas that will provide the most customer value;

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

• Ten or more years of SAP PP (Production Planning) consulting experience with business analysis experience working with functional resources and clients related to your specialty area(s). Past role with proven successful leadership
• Coordinate execution of project tasks in your functional area and be comfortable in working under the pressure of tight project deadlines
• Ability to deliver SAP training to client end-users
• Big four consulting experience is a plus
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• SAP Certified
• Proficiency in English is necessary for client-facing implementation activities across multiple regions.

Additional Qualifications:

• Five to eight years of additional relevant experience in two or more business or industry specialty areas
• Strong skills in conducting a fit-gap analysis in two or more areas of specialization
• Ability to deal with and resolve ambiguity
