PwC is seeking a Senior Associate with SAP HCM and Payroll expertise to join our team in Mexico. You will implement, configure, and maintain SAP HCM and Payroll solutions, ensuring compliance and alignment with local regulations.

You will collaborate with HR and IT, lead testing, upgrades, and integration efforts, and develop user documentation. A 3–5 year background in SAP HCM/Payroll, plus relevant certifications, will help you thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, IT, Business, or related field.
• 3-5 years of SAP HCM and Payroll experience.
• Strong understanding of payroll processes and labor laws.
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Payroll or SAP ECC Payroll preferred.
• SAP HCM or Payroll certification desirable.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Lead configuration, testing, and deployment of SAP HCM & Payroll components including Employee Central, Time Management, Payroll Processing, and Reporting.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
• Ensure adherence to local labor laws and payroll regulations within SAP systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve SAP HCM and Payroll issues, and lead system upgrades or integrations.
• Develop training materials and user documentation.
• Collaborate with external vendors where necessary.
• Support reporting and analytics for HR and payroll operations.
