Jobgether is seeking an experienced Technical Support Specialist (SaaS) to troubleshoot complex production issues across databases, applications, and infrastructure in a live SaaS environment. This remote role supports enterprise clients, requiring strong SQL skills and clear technical communication with stakeholders.

You will work with Azure, SQL Server, .NET, Angular, and related technologies, collaborating with engineering teams to resolve issues and improve support processes.

Competenze

• At least 3 years of technical support experience in SaaS or software.
• Strong SQL skills for live system diagnostics and data investigation.
• Experience supporting production web-based applications with emphasis on reliability.

Mansioni

• Troubleshoot production issues across database, application, and infrastructure layers in a live SaaS environment.
• Write and run SQL queries to investigate system behavior and perform root-cause analysis.
• Identify performance bottlenecks and monitor production environments to prevent escalations.
• Communicate findings clearly to technical client stakeholders and coordinate troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
