BairesDev is seeking a Revenue Operations Analyst to keep relationship selling programs running day to day, coordinating with Client Solutions and Business Development teams and ensuring data accuracy. This role offers exposure to AI tools and product testing, with rapid learning and growth.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in operations, analytics, coordination or support roles.
• Ability to coordinate tasks with multiple stakeholders to deadlines.
• Hands-on use of AI tools to improve workflows.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, IE, Marketing, or related fields.
• Good level of English.

Responsibilities

• Execute relationship selling steps, including introductions, network reviews, and referrals.
• Update program data in trackers, CRM, and internal platforms.
• Provide first-line support to Client Solutions and Business Development.
• Review results and flag data issues and improvements.
• Support Product by reviewing requirements, testing releases, and reporting issues.
