Qualifications
- Requires 4+ years in reliability engineering or product testing, preferably automotive.
- Strong grasp of reliability principles, statistics, and experimental design.
- Experience with HALT/HASS testing and data-driven failure analysis.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement test plans and procedures for automotive components.
- Conduct HALT and HASS reliability tests and analyze results.
- Perform FMEA and reliability predictions; identify failure modes.
- Collaborate with design/manufacturing to implement improvements.
- Maintain detailed records of test setups, results, and analyses.
- Prepare reports and present findings to management and teams.
