JLL is seeking a Regional Transaction Manager in Mexico to lead end-to-end real estate transactions nationwide, including leases, relocations, renewals, and related activities. This role requires coordinating with legal counsel, analysts, and brokers to ensure timely, accurate deliverables.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in real estate, strong Excel/PowerPoint skills, and excellent English and communication abilities. The position offers a hybrid work model and competitive compensation.

Formación

• Real estate professional with 5+ years of experience, preferably with international exposure.
• Excellent Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities; financially astute.

Responsabilidades

• Provide comprehensive real estate strategy and excellence in transaction management delivery.
• Responsible for kick-off and management of the entire transaction process for new lease acquisitions, relocations, renewals, rent reviews, subleases, owned property dispositions and early termination.
• Ensure seamless communication, consistent follow up and timely receipt of all deliverables from legal counsel (internal/external), analysts and local brokers.
• Collect client requirements, obtain market data, review market reports, retain JLL and non-JLL brokers, oversee site selection and site evaluation.
• Work closely with JLL local brokers to get the best results leveraging your knowledge and insights into your client business needs and culture.
• Project tracking and milestones management; forecast and track commission revenues and rebates.
• Manage communication between client CRE team and JLL in-country specialists; ensure timeliness and accuracy of deliverables including timelines, cash flows, presentations and approvals.
